Your account
You are responsible for the information you enter and for keeping your device secure. You must provide accurate business information on documents you send to clients.
Subscriptions
FieldQuote Pro costs $4.99 per month or $39.99 per year in the US; local taxes may apply elsewhere. It is billed through your App Store or Google Play account and renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
Acceptable use
Do not use FieldQuote to send fraudulent, misleading or unlawful documents, or to send messages to people who have not agreed to receive them.
Your content
You own the quotes, invoices and other content you create. You give us permission to store and process it only to provide the service.
No tax or legal advice
FieldQuote is a tool for creating documents. Tax rates, totals and legal wording are your responsibility. Check with a professional where needed.
Limitation of liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost profits, unpaid invoices or indirect damages arising from use of the app.
Termination
You can stop using the app at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are violated.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use of the app after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
