Information we collect
Business details you enter (name, license number, logo, payment details), client contact information, and the content of your quotes and invoices. We also collect basic device and usage data to keep the app working and to fix crashes.
How we use it
To create, store and sync your documents, send invoices and reminders on your behalf, process subscriptions, and improve the app. We do not sell your personal information or your clients' information.
Storage and security
Your data is stored on your device and, if sync is enabled, on secure servers. Data is encrypted in transit. You can export or delete your documents at any time.
Third-party services
Subscriptions are processed by Apple App Store or Google Play. Payment links (Zelle, Venmo, card) open in those services and are governed by their own policies.
Your rights
You can access, correct or delete your data from within the app, or by contacting us. If you delete your account, we remove your data from our servers within 30 days.
Children
FieldQuote is intended for business use and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes
We may update this policy. When we make material changes we will notify you in the app before they take effect.
